Registration includes access to all conference sessions, sports-specific training, networking opportunities, and the Coach Appreciation Night for coaches.
Can I use my Local Program funds towards the conference?
You can use your Local Program funds to cover hotel/lodging fees for the conference. Conference registration fees are not eligible to be covered by Local Program accounts. However, scholarships are available on a case-by-case basis. Contact your Regional Manager to learn more about scholarship options.

What if I can only attend one day of the conference?
While we encourage full participation, attendees can choose to attend select sessions. However, registration fees remain the same.
Will there be virtual options for those who cannot attend in person?
Virtual options will not be available – but session material will be shared with attendees at the conference’s conclusion.
If I have registered but cannot attend the conference, can I receive a refund?
We understand that unexpected conflicts can arise. Special Olympics Colorado will issue a full refund for the conference registration fee if the request is made by Friday, July 18, 2025. Attendees are responsible for canceling their own hotel reservations (if applicable) and must adhere to the hotel’s cancellation policy.
