Special Olympics Colorado’s Introduction to Athlete Leadership University offers athletes a chance to earn a Special Olympics Colorado certificate as a Health Messenger, Global Messenger, or Athlete Coach. In the courses you will learn about what athlete leadership means, what opportunities there are in these roles, and learn ways to continue leading both on and off the field. There are 5 courses required to graduate and both a Spring and Fall semester. We recommend you bring your own mentor, a positive attitude, and be ready to learn!
