“Learning to Use the Health System,” is a series of learning sessions for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and their caregivers. This learning series will help people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and their caregivers learn to use the healthcare system.

We know health systems, can be challenging to navigate, so we hope this series will help you feel more confident and comfortable when navigating health systems.

To help reach as many people as possible, this will be a virtual offering on Zoom on Wednesdays from 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM.

The series will be 5 sessions long and meet bi-weekly. We encourage you to attend all sessions.
