Special Olympics Colorado is hosting the Western Winter Games – Alpine on Friday, January 30 at the Sunlight Mountain Resort in Glenwood Springs.

Alpine Skiing Lead Up Events:

• Giant Slalom*
• Slalom*
• Sit Ski* and Tether*, Unified

Snowboarding Lead Up Events: 

• Giant Slalom*
• Slalom*, Unified

*Levels include Novice, Intermediate and Advanced

Special Olympics Colorado is hosting the Western Winter Games – Nordic on Saturday, January 31 at the Know Limits Ranch in Glenwood Springs.

Competitions will take place in:

• Cross Country Skiing – various distances, including Unified Races
• Snowshoeing – various distances, including Unified Races
