Make Every Breath Count Workshop Series

Special Olympics Colorado Inclusive Health Program is excited to bring a virtual five workshop series that builds breath skills for calmer nerves, better recovery, and stronger day-to-day health. This series is only for Parents/Caregivers and Coaches at this time.
Inclusive Health volunteer, Joe Somodi, has offered to do a virtual 5-workshop series for coaches and parents/caregivers who want more calm, more patience, and more energy. Joe has been a breath coach for nearly twenty years; he’s helped people build healthier breathing patterns that support a steadier mind and stronger energy. He’s worked with corporations, healthcare teams, athletes, schools, first responders, and adults who want more control in a stressful world. His approach blends practical breath training with coaching that teaches you how to stay grounded when pressure rises. The goal is simple: give people tools that work in real life.
In the series you’ll learn how to:
- Notice the breath habits that show up under stress
- Reset in one minute during meetings, transitions, and tough moments
- Keep your energy from crashing late in the day
- End the day in a better place, so stress does not spill onto the people you love
- Protect your emotional capacity so you can show up with care
- Build a weekly plan that feels doable
