The Special Olympics Colorado Statewide Conference is a combined event that merges the Coaches Summit and the Unified Champion Schools (UCS) Conference. What is the cost to attend?
Attendee Registration is $50.00
What is included in my registration fee?
Registration includes access to all conference sessions, sports-specific training, networking opportunities, and the Coach Appreciation Night for coaches.

How do I register for the conference?
You can secure your spot by clicking the REGISTER button above or on the main page
Is there a deadline to register?
Must Register by Friday, July 18, 2025
Will meals be provided?
Lunch will be provided to all conference attendees
What should I bring to the conference?
Attendees should bring:

A notebook or electronic device for taking notes

Comfortable clothing suitable for interactive sessions or sports training

Any necessary materials specific to their coaching or school programs
What if I can only attend one day of the conference?
While we encourage full participation, attendees can choose to attend select sessions. However, registration fees remain the same.
Will there be virtual options for those who cannot attend in person?
Virtual options will not be available – but session material will be shared with attendees at the conferences conclusion.
If I have registered but cannot attend the conference, can I receive a refund?
We understand that unexpected conflicts can arise. Special Olympics Colorado will issue a full refund for the conference registration fee if the request is made by Friday, July 18, 2025. Attendees are responsible for canceling their own hotel reservations (if applicable) and must adhere to the hotel’s cancellation policy.
