Grayson Heller

Grayson is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of engineering and management experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, next-generation medicine, and specialty chemical industries. A proud alumnus of the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in Chemical Engineering, Grayson has dedicated his career to advancing medicine and ensuring patient access to cutting-edge therapies. His expertise spans from large pharmaceutical companies to leading engineering consulting firms, and more recently, he has made significant strides as an entrepreneur, founding and operating several successful ventures, including Vista Engineering Group, Resolute Brewing Company, and cGMPnow, where he currently serves as COO and Founding Partner.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Grayson has been deeply involved in the Special Olympics Colorado (SOCO) community for many years. His commitment to SOCO began as a coach for the ski team, where he guided athletes through several seasons. He has also served as a coach and unified partner in volleyball, soccer, and track, fostering inclusion and sportsmanship among athletes of all abilities. His passion for the mission of SOCO extends beyond coaching, as he has been an advocate, sponsor, and dedicated member of the SOCO Young Professionals Board.
