Mandy Williams, a Colorado native, is the Executive Director of Spectrum, a leading Human Services agency offering a wide range of programs to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Ms. Williams has led the Spectrum organization for 10 years with a mission of providing the greatest quality of life with the highest level of independence to everyone in services. Mandy’s personal success is founded on building family relationships that are based on trust, love, and respect. Her passion for working with individuals who have intellectual and developmental disabilities has spanned a lifetime. In 2017, Ms. Williams joined the Board of Special Olympics and continues to play in various unified sports throughout the year.
