President and CEO

Mandy Williams, a Colorado native, is the President and CEO of Spectrum, a leading Human Services organization supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. With over 15 years at the helm, she’s dedicated to improving quality of life and promoting independence for those in Spectrum’s care. Her passion for the field started in childhood, growing up with two family members who have disabilities, and remains grounded in fostering trust, love, and respect. She has served on the Special Olympics Board since 2017 and participates in unified sports and events year-round. Mandy holds a degree in Special Education from UNC and continued her education at UC Berkeley. She was also named a 2024 Denver Business Journal 40 Under 40 winner.
