MedFests are a great opportunity for athletes to get physicals done and up to date for FREE! MedFest screenings are free of charge and the appointment will take about 45 minutes. Please visit the link below to make your appointment!
After signing up for an appointment time, please fill out a medical history form. A medical history form will be emailed to you after you sign up.
All athletes who attend this MedFest will also have the opportunity to go through our Special Smiles Screening. This is a dental screening that will take 5-10 minutes to complete. See below for information on Special Smiles. Those who sign up for a MedFest appointment DO NOT need to sign up for a Special Smiles appointment.
Athletes/Parents/Caregivers who need assistance with filling out the Athlete Application will have the opportunity to receive assistance at their appointment. Assistance may not be available for those who have 11:00 AM appointments.

The Special Smiles discipline of Healthy Athletes provides comprehensive oral health care information, including offering free dental screenings and instructions on correct brushing and flossing techniques to participating Special Olympics athletes.
