Jeffrey Steron is Special Olympics Colorado’s Donor Relations Assistant. He has been involved in Special Olympics as an athlete and employee for 39 years. Jeff was involved at Special Olympics Arizona prior to moving to Colorado in 2016. Jeff bowls and plays golf, and can hit a golf ball 150 yards with only one hand. He is also a recent graduate of Athlete Leadership Program University with a focus in governance, and serves on SO Colorado’s Law Enforcement Torch Run Executive Council and the FirstBank Golf Tournament Committee. Jeff is a twin, and loves spending time with his family, going to concerts, and watching movies. He is grateful that Special Olympics Colorado allows him to stay active and build friendships within the intellectual disability (ID) community and is excited for his next leadership opportunity!
