How To Utilize the Virtual Training Page
- Step 1: Download the Virtual Workout Calendar
Step 2: Reference the Spring and Summer Workout Resources below by clicking on the “Spring Season Workouts” or “Summer Season Workouts” tabs.
Step 3: In the drills section below, choose the sport you would like to focus on, click the “+” icon next to each sport to access virtual sport-specific training material. Use these sport-specific drills for the exercises referenced in the calendar. To select a drill, hover over the desired drill and click.
