How to Utilize the Virtual Training Page
Step 1: Download the Virtual Workout Calendar
Step 2: Reference the spring, summer, and fall workout resources below by clicking on the spring, summer or fall workouts tab.
Step 3: In the drills section below, choose the sport you would like to focus on, click the “+” icon next to each sport to access virtual sport-specific training material. Use these sport-specific drills for the exercises referenced in the calendar. To select a drill, hover over the desired drill and click.
