Special Olympics Colorado is hosting the Athlete Leadership University (ALU) in Grand Junction on Sunday, October 16! All courses are catered to the needs of Special Olympics Colorado athletes, the needs of each individual, and with the awareness that every single person learns differently. Each course curriculum is designed to inspire individual athletes to work towards their fullest leadership potential through various current and future opportunities.

We ask that athletes please bring their own mentor, this could be a friend, family member, coach, ALU graduate, etc. We only have 16 spots for this so please sign up quickly! During this day you can expect to receive leadership skills, a light breakfast and a full lunch, a new athlete leadership bag with a t-shirt and of course have lots of fun!
