Take charge of your health!

Join us for a fun evening to learn essential tools for taking care of your health as a female. Learn from Doctors Stephanie Miller and Kara Alexandrovic on how to make sure you are doing everything you need to do as a female. They will also answer any questions you have about women’s health (when you sign up you have the opportunity to submit your questions and they will be read anonymously). Rose Medical Center will be providing giveaway items for all who attend in person along with light refreshments. Sports bras from Good Sports will also be available to athletes who attend (limited sizes available).

Schedule:

5:15 PM – 5:30 PM – Check-In
5:30 PM – 6:00 PM – Women’s Health Empowerment Talk
6:00 PM – 7:00 PM – Bra fitting, social hour, and dinner
